Ice Skating Lesson Cancellation Policy
Please make every effort to contact me if you need to cancel your ice skating lesson. I can be reached on my cell phone: (805) 701-2362 and also by e-mail: wendi@myiceskatingcoach.com
The following policy for canceled lessons will be in effect beginning on July 1, 2008:
- 24 hours: there will be no charge if notice of cancellation is given 24 hours or more before the lesson.
- 13-23 hours: half of your normal lesson fee will be charged if notice of cancellation is given 13 to 23 hours before the lesson.
- 12 hours or less: the full lesson fee will be charged if notice of cancellation is given less than 12 hours before the lesson.
